There are quite a few differences at the rear. The brake air outlets, the diffuser geometry and volume, the vertical things (I forgot what they're called), and the bottleneck are also very different. The Alpine rear end should be included here. I couldn't figure out where they bleed the hot air out of the engine compartment.SilviuAgo wrote: ↑11 Feb 2026, 16:37Diffuser comparison:

Imagine the money spent to independently develop these diffusors, just for them to look so identical...SilviuAgo wrote: ↑11 Feb 2026, 16:37Diffuser comparison:

The wing-like profiles on the sides of the diffuser are FIA geometry so not a lot of money, if any, was spent there. The actual diffusers are quite different, especially McLaren'sZynerji wrote: ↑12 Feb 2026, 02:05Imagine the money spent to independently develop these diffusors, just for them to look so identical...SilviuAgo wrote: ↑11 Feb 2026, 16:37Diffuser comparison:

The repair patch looks like they've experienced too much movement or signifying a minor level of integrity failure local to that wing mount pylon.AR3-GP wrote: ↑12 Feb 2026, 01:43Mclaren moves the entire flap including the center section when they activate the active aero.
