It's mental - I think a big part of the issue is the 8MJ per lap rule combined with the battery size. They just can't harvest enough or deploy enough energy - the racing is going to be bizarre!

What makes it really mental, that all of this was crystal clear years ago to anyone with half brain. All of this was absolutely expected.
