No further action. Nice.
Its just all so meh though. A toothless P2. He cannot fight with this RB22.
Im waiting for a confirmation from red bull that the FIA instructed them to give the position back. If not I believe it was the race losing decision potentially. We saw drivers getting away with far more blatant T1 lap track limit violation. Take Leclerc Mexico last year as an example.

The gap is at least 4 tenths to Mercedes and at least 6 tenths to Mclaren here.
Cut those in half and then I agree with you.
Emag I need you to actually watch the races.

Lando was quicker than Kimi.

Legend that p2 feels like a victory with that car. Thank you Max for making my sunday. Wow very happy. Maybe a win is possible still this year, but all focus is on 2027.

You're comparing Mercedes at its best vs RedBull at its worst. It wasn't nearly as dramatic and bad as you make it.

All eyes on 2027, lets do this. March is not far away, we all want that fifth title.

Good race from Max, despite the car lacking pace, this track goes straight besides Monaco as the worst track to watch on race day.

You're showing a bunch of laps where Antonelli was just waiting for Leclerc to pit. Once Leclerc boxed, Antonelli caught the earliest flight to bologna.

More podium positions than the Ferrari and Mclaren drivers now, imagine that after China/Japan

One day we will talk about how easily Red Bull give away positions to rivals when not necessary.

Nah, that would have been a penalty 100%. I can understand where Max is coming from but the truth is he went for a gap that was closing. He wasn't in position early enough to be entitled to space.

RB simply need to sort out their starts.

Nah with these hypotheticals we will keep going back and forth, just like last year. I dont like making assumptions on how much pace a driver is holding back. I dont see a reason why Kimi would drop back 4 seconds away from Leclerc on purpose and let Max be within his overtake for a brief period.

In my opinion, I think Max, Kimi and Lando are just doing a much better job than the others, so they're creating these huge gaps now. But the difference between the cars is not as it was in the first couple of races of the season. They have strengths and weaknesses. I don't think RedBull is half a second behind in ultimate pace from either Mercedes or McLaren, but I do think McLaren have the best car now in any track where corners make the difference.

But Mercedes is still good enough to cling to them, and in Monza, they were definitely the fastest. Even with a 4 month offset with their upgrades.

EDIT:

And by the way, Max was very close to Antonelli's pace in the first stint after clearing Hamilton :

So it's not just "a bunch of laps where Kimi is holding back". RedBull/Max are good at the beginning of the stints but they lose a lot on dragged out stints compared to both Mercedes and McLaren.

Silly comparison. Ant was just sitting a few seconds behind Charles waiting for him to box, trying his hardest not to grain the tyre or do something silly. He would drive a full second off his true pace in the mid sector regularly. We saw the real pace there at the end when Kimi pulled away with ease. We also saw how Lando was able to close by 0,5s+ per lap. I honestly think RB were 4th quickest in the race, because even Charles looked very good for pace.

It's impossible to argue with Max fans because whatever you say, a scenario is always there, ready to be brought up for Max's benefit. I am willing to bet that Max will not be more than 2 tenths adrift the average fastest race pace here once the analysis accounts start posting their data. I wont bother much with this race because it was boring as hell, but I will come back 2 hours later to check if I was right.
