Rumor had it that there was a guest that wandered out in to the pit lane, but there are other rumors that it was an engineer that was leaning into the cockpit to change some settings and Sakon drove off with him sill adjusting something.
Nearly kill a mechanic for $20,000 or manipulate a race for $100,000. How's that work! :wtf:

One's an accident, the other is on purpose. Accidents should not be treated as harshly as cheating. Accidents are expected in racing, they are an unfortunate and unavoidable side effect.

Cheating is 100% avoidable.

True. I'm still going on the basis that it was a procedural frock-up by the team that could have been avoided.

Bloody luck he is still alive, and the team is still in F1 for that.

HRT is new, but considering they are not racing anyone this year, really they should be using this time to work on procedures and practice and get everything into place for next year. Assuming that is, they are on the grid next year.

Aggreed, and this is where i belive that there should be a rule where teams that have been in the sport less than 2 years be able to avoid the homologation rules and be allowed to run a new car for the next year and be able to not score any points in the last 6 races, meaning they would be effectivly running un-classified that weekend.

One thing about HRT that they dont have is a correct and up-to-date fault logging process in their garrage, and this is a clear example of this.

Time they should work on and get those processes in place for the sake of the team.

Or at the very least, to make the team more appealing to a potential buyer.

Also true.

As i see HRT being there in 2011, but i see them being bought over by an old name in F1 that has quit recently. That name, Toyota. I can see Toyota buy over HRT for 2012 so they can run it in 2012 with a lean ammount of staff with a proper race philosiphy and not the Toyota way.

Thats my personal view as i feel that Tokyo want to go racing in F1 again.

However i can see the HRT team being bought over by Epsilon, if the price is right.

But there is no penalty as Webber's Team Radio reported.
I simply cant understand how the stewards refused to look at this!!! Even the Beeb boys said the 3rd time was completely blatant and penalty worthy and that block he put on Webber after rejoining was bloody dangerous!! [-X

Webber would have been able to catch and pass Rosberg had Hulk yielded like he should have and as a result would have not been jumped by Vettel!

Still, aside from another poor start Webber drove very good race showing Vettel how it is possible to overtake without crashing into the other cars!

Vettel's revised strategy was superb and he did drive very well, I was surprised Webber didn't stay on the option tires longer?

Why would Toyota want/need to buy HRT,
when there is still a 13th grid slot available via the FIA - sorry that does not makes sense to me

Webber passed at least 2 cars, Shumi and Hulk and I personally found the race riveting! 8)

May not make sence, but to get the 13th tender tyey would have to go thru a whole tender process. Buying HRT would mean that process would be skipped, meaning garenteed entry. Make sence now??? Thats my logic anyways.

it´s a valid point ESP
on the other hand, I don´t think Toyota would fail the "finance" test. :D
And I´m pretty sure the FIA would not put much hurdles in their way, if they want to come back.
Anyway, we will find out soon enough

You hypocrites who lambasted Ferrari need to do the same to redbull. Actually they should be penalized also 100k and brought in front of the wmsc. Most of You that complained about Ferrari were redbull fans as well. How does it now feel that your team "broke the rules" just like Ferrari? Cheaters. Cheaters. The fia is in cahoots with rbr. They just want Webber to win.

See, doesn't that sound stupid? If Ferrari had done thus we would have seen 30+ pages of you haters crying foul.
So explain the wild strategy that Red Bull gave Vettel that helped him to 4th place?

There is no conspirocy to answer here as one does not exist in this instance.
LMAO good job Andrew, some Ferrari fans are just too bitter and have gone crazy conspiracy mode. =D>
