Hello everyone! I am a bit late to post on this thread, but couldn't help with the dogged broadband service !!
A very good race, and a fair result at the end. Ferrari were very quick all weekend and Fernando delivered a performance
long overdue. Pole, Race victory and Fastest lap, finally a perfect weekend for him, and Ferrari, and at just the right place =D> =D> =D> . He was charged-up for this race, one could see that in Qualifying. Massa did a good race too, though I feel he could have managed P2, had he pitted a little later. Button drove a good race, but still, inspite of what most people are saying, he couldn't have fended off Alonso later had there not been the "miracle" pitstop. Alonso was clearly quicker than him, and for the most part of the first stint was playing with him. A good drive none-the-less.
Can't help but think what'd have happened had Hamilton not exited so early, something tells me he would have been quicker than Button, maybe would have matched the Red cars, but his fortune was solely down to him, it clearly was a driver error, too bad, I felt he had really matured this season.
As for RBR, it just wasn't their weekend. They lacked outright pace, as expected, but I think their race was compromised more due to being held up by slower cars, certainly Webber's was, but
the strategy of the weekend was definitely that of Vettle, and thanks to his looking after his tyres (or maybe Bridgstone's conservatively designed tyres

) it paid off.
Great job though by Hulkenberg, I think he did very well to keep the RBs' behind for so long, would have been happy to see him keep the 6th place at the end. None-the-less the rookie has been improving race by race, he seems a real prospect.
I am dissapointed for Force India!! I expected them to get a good result here, but Sutil had an unlucky first lap; But I thought his strategy after that was very promising, a little risky, but we saw Vettle doing 52 laps with the soft tyre, certainly he could managed the same with the primes. Instead he had to come in again for a new nose, such a shame, but he did make some good overtakes.
Great race, great result, a good Grand Prix.
Looking forward to Singapore GP, would it be another RBR rout

!!!
