Frank Williams has said he feels he has a solid contract with Nico - I don't know how long for. I hope that Williams and Nico grow together - they could be a strong pairing. Let's face it, just on the strength of one race Frank can probably already ask potential sponsors for more money - and as we know sponsors money in a Williams means money spent on the car.....

BTW - i don't think FA did the dirty at all, my guess is that Renault wouldn't commit to staying in F1 and quite honestly if you took a long termist view McLaren have to be a good team to go to. I don't think for a minute FA would move for the money.....

Well, Rosberg performed amazing in Bahrain...but he has made a big mistake in Malaysia and had to abandon the race in Australia. I think we still have to wait bit longer to see what he's capable of

Drivers change teams, it's a fact of life. And what usually motivates them to change colors is the contract, and money. It's a simple fundamental truth in professional sports.
Rosberg has to be one of the most coveted drivers around, and it's just good business for him to cast around for good offers, and for teams to dangle nice pretty paychecks in front of him and his agent.
But Sir Frank is no fool when it comes to driver contracts. He earned a reputation for being ruthless long before Buttongate, and has to be even more wary since then. Many years ago I remember reading about how some promising road racers had a chance to test drive for Williams, but declined because just to try out they had to sign a contract with Williams that locked them into Williams if they went to F1.
Although I don't know the terms between Rosberg and Williams, there is no way he can walk easily away from Williams before his contract expires. But he most likely would be a fool to do so. Williams are on an upsurge, they are back to being competitive. The mood for the future will be less harsh on independant teams in F1, and Williams have every chance to return to their former glory. With Rosberg.

the problem with nico is that he aimed so high on the first race (isn't a bad thing) and he couldn't show us later how good he's (surelly he's) so let's wait until we say something wrong

So far, and the operative words are "so far", Rosberg has done exceptionally well for a brand new rookie in Formula One. We shall just have to wait and see how his season develops.
Mark Webber has done very well too, but somehow all the public attention has fallen on Rosberg. In a way it's a shame because Webber deserves recognition for doing so well. But then again, Mark is famous for heaping unfair negative publicity and pressure on his teammates, so as they say, "turnabout is fair play".
