it seems with the first day practice.. ferrari is the only team that is challenging renault.. but interesting enough.. with anthony davidson not setting one of the top times.. i feel that honda is going to have trouble again this race..
weekend predictions?
mine:
p1,p2: alonso/shumy
p3:fisi
p4:webber/rosberg
then followed by mclaren and honda
with anthony davidson not setting one of the top times.. i feel that honda is going to have trouble again this race..
you think so?? In first three races Ant was really quick, (mostly P1s on Fridays i think) and yet the race pace of honda stank. But in Imola Ant was only 4th on both friday sessions but the honda had clearly imporved its race pace.
I just think (hopefully [-o< ) that Honda have got there act together and are doing longer runs in these friday sessions to get ready for race. Also, if you look at the number of laps done by teams, Honda have easily done more than any other.
you got a point there.. maybe they know that over 1 lap they are very quick and anthony davidson is solely working on race pace .. but u gotta feel that they still are behind renault and ferrari and have not closed they gap
Or is it a mistake? EDIT. Yes F1 racing got it wrong, you would never catch F1T getting it wrong
I ask this becasue

I believe in the chain of command, Its the chain I use to beat you till you do what i want!!!
Alonso is on his second race for his engine. As well, he is 15 points ahead of his nearest competitor. And Renault as a team are 18 points in the lead. This is race five of eighteen, we are 1/4 of the way through the season. What did Alonso and Renault do this time last year? They went the conservative route and finished all the races, but always near the top.
As well, despite Shu's win at Imola, Renault and Alonso are the class of the field and the ones that everyone has to improve and catch up on.
