The sidepods certainly aren't what the 2012 Ferrari is supposed to have. I see nothing different from the F150 Italia.mith wrote:
Oh, OK, so they're going to race Darth Vader's mask this year. Must have been tough to keep it within the rules, well done!
Honestly, it's just F150 It.

Many doubt about that, because with current nose height the angles for the pull are not workable.
If low nose and/or chassis double keels extensions are not viable paths...
I am not so sure. If you bond a body part to the chassis is it now not part of the chassis and not a body part anymore?Raptor22 wrote:if the keels are moulded as part of the tub then there is no problem.
"bodywork" refers to add on's
Does this mean that now FIA mandates super high bulkheards with zero-keel front suspension and low 'croc noses'?!hardingfv32 wrote:I am not so sure. Please explain. I am missing the logic of the statement.Pandamasque wrote:Does this mean that now FIA mandates super high bulkheards with zero-keel front suspension and low 'croc noses'?! #-o
The tub can be kinked down over the no body work area below, and then drop away – this avoids the croc nose, a'la McLaren.Pandamasque wrote:If the tub (and keels) is considered bodywork, then it's supposed to be very high to be clear of the no bodywork area (see drawing above). The opposite is true for the nosecone.
