honestly, i know i propably shouldn't, but im not really that worried. Last year merc topped the time sheets at barca in the 1.21s range but in the race weekend they couldnt get close to their testing times by a LARGE margain...so im hoping that mistakes made previously has led to some insight.george1981 wrote:On the subject of tyre degradation. Mercedes have said that the the temperatures at Barcelona are low and due to the amount of testing the track has a lot more rubber down than there would be at a GP weekend, so no conclusions can be drawn. However I'm slightly pessimistic about this. Although the absolute figures for degradation won't be the same I'm sure the pattern is correct, the Mercedes has worse tyre degradation than the Lotus and the Redbull. Can someone with superior knowledge of tyre degradation put my mind at rest?
It almost now looks as if he wasn't really responsible after all.........JohnsonsEvilTwin wrote:How Aldo must feel inside seeing Ferrari go extravagant and missing their targets....
