You can never tell - but you can at least try to understand via what's available for you as a user, on the other side of the screen, to check whether there has been a manipulation - local minima of the cell, etc. That's why I said "try harder" to the 'person X' who originally faked this photo.
I can also tell from your screenshot that you're using F1 Techincal zoomed, which is visible by the size and look of the font, which is Trebuchet MS 10 pt. by default for text - and it's evidently different in your screenshot
