I guess I don't want to know... I kind of dislike after having seen how he dumps drivers with a contract...
Anyway, how to get the money... well one very popular trick these days is to get backed by a big engine manufacturer, that maybe want to play a serious role in your team. Some manufacturers just start a team on their own (Toyota) so they get the money from selling cars.
Others.. Williams and McLaren were non-dependent teams (and so is still williams more or less, but BMW doesn't like that

) but they found a manufacturer that was willing to invest, and to get the team associated with that manufacturer... can you now imagine that McLaren announces to drive Honda power next year... I didn't think so

(would be good for BAR then if they would get Mercedes engines

)
And then there are people like Stoddart, Jordan and Sauber, who completely rely on their sponsors.
If you ever want to start an F1 team, feel free to contact me to work for you then, but I'd suggest you start working hard and begin making lots of money, then find a sponsor that is impressed by what you have achieved, and then start working even harder....
