IMO Buying Renault's F1 PU IP etc (not the building) and moving everything to england under RB Tech would make the most sense - that way they can legitimately build a new PU from scratch and slap on an Infiniti badge without having any of the current Renault PU's baggage.gandharva wrote:Who says it will stay in France after Infinity RBR buys it? Why would they buy Viry that is located in France?
Also IMO Honda did the smart thing by waiting till 2015 to introduce their PU, this has given the the ability to see which is the most successful approach (Merc's whacking great big turbine separated by the MGU-H etc) and they can likely show up and be competitive from day 1.
