That's why they test in Spain and not Austria or Germany (or Silverstone for that matter). 10 Degrees Celsius plus is not uncommon there.

Of course not, but what are people expecting? 10 degrees? IT'S WINTER.

20ºC in late february at middaym is usually the norm for all the spanish mediterranean coast. These conditions are rather uncommon this late in the winter around Barcelona. Of course, if the went 50-100km inland they would certainly be at 0-5C but that's why the don't test at Motorland but at Montmeló or Cheste.

Last week we were at 25ºC or so.

That being said, when Mercedes (Toto) was saying lets make the winter tests in Bahrain, everybody was like cry babies.... expensiveeee, conspiracyyyyy.

I really don't understand why to be honest, given that Sirotkin has a very limited number of laps (none in decent conditions) currently. Curious to see how this guy will do (my bet is he will wax Stroll ), not really interested in seeing a test driver of yesterdays past taking over.

"New F1 cars' appearance validate halo rage". Good grief. Safety vs. appearance - if only one fatal accident is prevented by the halo, it's worth it. Also I'm of the opinion that they really don't look bad at all...

well, let's not start a debate about the halo here but I tend to agree with them.
