100% lifting across the start/finish line because the lap actually starts and ends like 100m earlier than where the race actually starts. Casual jurnos are casual, not even knowing where the start finish line is

Bottas Race Simulation

A quick glance highlights that the cars started doing laps around 1:26.2x and the quickest lap towards the end of the race on lap 64 were 1:23.593 (by Hamilton in the lead and two laps to go). At that point, he had a comfortable 3 second gap to Vettel. Comparing a race simulation during Winter testing and the full race is always going to be difficult, because there are various factors to consider. Still, it's interesting to see that between the first few laps when the cars were doing 1:26.2x times to the end on 1:23.6x, there's roughly around 2.5 seconds in difference.

Qualifying was done on a 1:19.149 by LH/Mercedes, which is 4.5 seconds faster than the lap times he finished the race on.

From the above Bottas race simulation, the times with a full tank start around 1:22.7x (high 1:22) and finish consistently in the high 1:19. This is around 3 second difference between full tank and empty tank as well.
