Unless, a standard time for tyre change is set, something like 5 second minimum time to change tyres, the situation is going become nightmare. if the pit lane speed was revised to ensure safety, surely the stationery time can be set too. It would also cut down the cost of unnecessary innovation on those wheel guns, which is not something the industry outside would be interested.
This could be a solution, also some errors like Haas double retirement could be avoided in this way.

Unlike the drivers and footballers in football, the mechanics and the pit crews doesn't either command the remuneration or the opportunity. An accident like today's would most likely end that guy's career. Racing should happen on the track, between the drivers who get paid in millions and get opportunities to come back, not endangering the mechanics and pit crew.
