Dude, watch the steering inputs of Webber and the distance of the RB4's left-front tyre to the white line to the left. That left-front tyre never moved away from the white line, indicating Webber did not loose balance, as you said, nor veered to Hamilton. Hamilton, on the other hand, was way to the middle of the track at the start of the battle, Webber avoided him by steering left, but still Hamilton followed Webber, effectively leaving him no more track space to maneuver on.wesley123 wrote:On the first vid you see it clear, at a point hamilton didnt go to the side and kept his line, webber lost balance wile braking and he hit hamilton. As yuo can see it is the force of nature, if hamilton would drive into webber he would go airborne wich webber did, so webber hit hamilton not hamilton hit webber.
Then my counter suggestion would be to watch the full motion video of that skirmish, in extremely slow speed at Formula1.com.boci wrote:When Webber's steering wheel turns left as he hits Hamilton that is because of the force of the two cars touching wheels not by Webber's own will.
I suggest you watch the clip in motion instead of using pictures that miss most of their motions.

Jealous of his overcooked tyres?thestigm5 wrote:1.Drivers like Schaumacher and Hamilton are ruthless

LoL
As long as the on track action is filled with honorable duels, I really don't care who wins. I simply dislike driving manouvers that are designed to put people off the track. While this may include Lewis, there are a few other drivers out there that have done much of the same.zirpas wrote:=D> Yep He remembers Shumi, let´s see if he gets the same succes.Conceptual wrote:Jealous of his overcooked tyres?thestigm5 wrote:1.Drivers like Schaumacher and Hamilton are ruthless

I don´t like him at all,but he´s bloody fast and gave us a lot of adrenaline.
I just hope he(alone) loose the championship again as there´s nobody else now deserving to win it.
That's exactly the reason why. He is the only one who could do that. He's got balls! Hehehe just kiddingWHY WOULD DRIVERS BE JELOUS OF ANOTHER DRIVER THAT CRASHES AT 60KM/H AND CAN'T STOP AT A RED LIGHT???????
F1 racing is not supposed to be this way, where just one incident of overtaking in a corner is over-analyzed to death.
I mean, its racing so expect cars to bump into each other or squeeze other cars out to the track. Its inevitable.
except for all those drivers that finished ahead of him....casper wrote:It's indisputable that Lewis smoked the competition in Monza.
i agree, and we should!casper wrote:
When the race has no overtaking, everybody whines and moans.
it's not the same, and there's half as much: the people who hate hamilton are whining, and the people who like hamilton are cheering. so if there's tons of overtaking, you're probably only going to whine if your favorite drivers gets passed by your least favorite driver. that's how i see it anyway.casper wrote: Now that we are seeing real overtaking moves during the race, the same whining and moaning happens.
it is inevitable, as it continues and will continue to happen. i call it "competition." none of these drivers are stupid or irresponsible, but they are fiercely competitive and are going to fight for positions, as you say it's racing, it's dangerous. no disrespect to the fallen drivers, of course. if theres anything melodramatic i think it's your post.donskar wrote: Any driver who purposely risks touching wheels is risking at least a serious accident.
Squeezing cars off the track is not inevitable - it is insane.
it is a dangerous sport contested by brave men. And it is dangerous by its very nature. We do not need immature/egotistic/careless or just plain stupid drivers who are unaware or unconcerned with the consequences.
