Hockenheim is pretty much sea level, it will be a bit windier. One thing Hockenheim has that the south of France doesn't is a lot of humidity.

True. Where I'm at in the States today, the temperature is 95 F, with the humidity at 57%, a dew point of 76 F, and a heat index ("feels like") value of 109 F. The SW wind at 13 mph takes a bit of the edge off.

Where Are you located State side? We are well above 100 F today also in Illinois......

Hi neighbor! I’m right next door in Indiana. About 40 minutes north of Indianapolis. This heat wave has been brutal. I’ve been doing some interior detailing tonight on our cars and I’ve had to change shirts. Historically high dew points.

Looking forward to them as well. Very curious as to whether they’ll address cooling, efficiency, or a doubling down on the dirty downforce philosophy. The lap time gains are supposed to be significant.

Mercedes are in luck. The heat of 37 and 38 degrees is coming over the next days, just too soon. In the weekend it is back to normal summer values, in which they did fine at Paul Ricard.

Think I am goimg to put a couple of hundred euro on another Merc win.
