I'm not sure if Williams deserves quite as much blame as you give them (I'll agree with "stubborn"), but, semantics aside, there is a very serious problem here. With STR supposedly up for sale, assume there are no takers (Honda shows this is a likely scenario). That leaves 16 cars. Is there a point where race organizers will be able to say Bernie has NOT produced the grid promised? Or is there no minimum grid? A circus with only one clown?
