Yeah I really don't know what to believe, there was (and still is) talk of the radiators in the sidepods creating a blockage that hampers airflow and creates drag (though apparently that was just put out by Ferrari through the media as an excuse for the bad performance on the straights), but it seems there's actually an issue with the cooling, they haven't run the exits tight once this year. The "normal" config in 2020 is like the hot race config in 2019
It's always the same problem, more fuel flow less cooling needed. Most of the problems comes from there, they're just trying to cover the engine due to their reputation, but the problem it's just there.
In 2021 we will see almost the same car going way better.
