It would still be multilink no matter what. The centers of the spherical bearings are offset in space.
Look carefully and you see that the rear arm has a cup shape at the end where it seems the bearing of the leading arm sits into it. Could be effectively functioning like one A-arm.
If these two arms were meant to bolt together like "one A-arm", they would have instead made a single piece ( > ) wishbone for the lower control arm because that would have only required 1 bearing and would therefore be consequentially lighter. This happens to be exactly what they have done for the upper control arm. If there are two separate bearings/links, it's because they mount in different places to create a virtual endpoint for the kingpin axis.
The "cup shape" thing is a spherical bearing.
