Aston confirmed to bring upgrades to Hungary and Belgium. This will be an important package and if it doesn't work, the 2024/2025 development will be compromised.
All eyes are on Dan Fallows, as Lawrence Sr made an offer to Ferrari's Head of Aereodaynmics, Diego Tondi, but he refused....
That's kind of misnomer, everytime upgrades don't work, the team has to stop moving forward and go back and figure out what went wrong before going down a new path. The Imola upgrades started being developed after testing. They were part of the Japan/Imola package. So AMR's development is still stuck at the beginning of 2024 and they've added another 10 weeks to manufacture new parts.
So yeah, if it fails again, they need to go back to April and figure what they're doing wrong.
You hope they have been able to replicate the issue in the windtunnel and then create new/correct CDF models with that info.
There is always the possibility that there is some new issue that they haven't seen.
