If it relates to Indycar, I doubt it will be a full time drive. Motorsport.com would have been all over the speculation story by now. But you never know, I could be wrong.

Most likely Sainz, Stoff and Lando will be the drivers for next year. Kind of sad to see a driver that neither RB or Renault wanted becoming the lead driver for Mclaren
He even hints in his statement that he would like to come back if the time is right, but lets face it. if he goes now it is not likely he will be coming back, is it?
I guess in theory if Mclaren suddenly starts challenging for podiums in the next 1-2 years he could come back. Or if he wins Indy and achieves the triple crown. What is going to change in his favour? I suppose if a big team joins thy may want a name with experience, but other than that his options will be the same as they were this year, he will be a year older and not driven for a year.
